Terms of Use

These terms apply to the SumGrid puzzle app and to the website sumgridgames.com, including the browser version of the game (together, “SumGrid”), made by SumGrid Games (“we”, “us”). By using SumGrid you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use SumGrid.

1. Using SumGrid

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use SumGrid for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, resell, reverse-engineer, scrape, embed on another website or redistribute SumGrid or its puzzles, except where the law allows it.

2. Free version, ads and Pro

SumGrid is free and shows ads: Google AdMob in the app and Google AdSense on the website (see our Privacy Policy). SumGrid Pro and other in-app purchases are sold through Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms, and refunds follow those stores’ policies. Purchases are tied to your store account and apply to the app; the browser version doesn't include Pro.

3. Your data

Your progress is stored on your device or in your browser. We are not responsible for progress lost if you uninstall the app, clear its data or your browser data, or change device without using the backup code. Keep your backup code somewhere safe.

4. Ads and third-party content

Ads are provided by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for the content of ads or for websites and apps they link to.

5. Availability and changes

We may update, change or stop offering SumGrid or any feature at any time. We try to keep it working well but provide it “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of SumGrid. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use SumGrid after a change means you accept the updated terms.
